I wouldn't worry about bumps on a 10T pot. If I saw one it would go into the trash simply cuz thats a problem looking for a place to start. Theres no reason to find a pot that just squeaks by, especially if you are tracking its output with a DVM. I have SOME 10T pots left, but dunno their size. Will a 2K sweep the range?
