You say you might have room for two Group 27's?
If so, you just might have room for two Group 31's instead. A couple of these would be the ultimate for you, so you might want to measure your battery area, again, to make sure.
We use a couple of Group 31's and can get by a couple of days without recharging, at least, when drycamping - using a CPAP machine at night, the furnace cycling all night, and while running all the other usual things day and night.
