GFCI's don't normally cause a short instead they open to kill downstream power from the GGCI.

I've only owned this one RV, a fifthwheel toyhauler from Keystone. I think the two lights and ceiling fan are all for wired in 110. I'll get out early in the morning and start unplugging things. Thank you and everyone else for sticking with this.
If your RV lights are 110v, that would make your RV almost unique. They are universally 12v unless retrofitted by a previous owner.
You can do a simple test. Unplug the RV from any outlet, and turn off any generators. Do the lights still work? If yes, they are 12v because they are running off of the battery.
I hope you don't take this the wrong way, but I don't think you know what you are doing. Electricity is dangerous. I think you should hire an electrician. I would hate to read your obituary.
