You can do a simple test. Unplug the RV from any outlet, and turn off any generators. Do the lights still work? If yes, they are 12v because they are running off of the battery.
I hope you don't take this the wrong way, but I don't think you know what you are doing. Electricity is dangerous. I think you should hire an electrician. I would hate to read your obituary.
You should be careful with the comments you make here. They show your experience. My trailer is an '06 Keystone Raptor that I bought new. The two 110 lights and fan are not an option. They were standard. The bulbs I have in the lights now are the 110 volt compact florescent type.
