Amazing Goop® adhesive.
Roughen the adhesive contact points with some 180 grit. Both in the box and on the bottom of each insulator stub.
When you do this, the box must be laying down, not bolted to a bulkhead.
Allow 24 hours to cure. Then you can hang a bowling ball from the buss.
Of course if it's me, I get carried away and use a tiny 1/16" drill and puncture the box and drill 1/8" deep pits in the insulators first.
Goop is incredible. One blob then force each insulator stub down so the adhesive forces it's way into the holes.
I've -snapped- nylon escutcheons before the adhesive would give way and some of my GOOP projects are 15 years old. I am a bit leery of exposing Goop joints to long duration UV sunlight.
