I've got a 2007 keystone hobbi 265 that's new to me. I've owned it about a month or so. Heater worked when I picked it up. Used it at home for a week or so as we loaded up and played with our new toy....

Locate the red wire entering furnace. Trace it along it's route; It should connect to white wire to the thermostat and to the circuit breaker/ switch. Leaving the circuit breaker it goes to the power point on the circuit board. BLO on circuit board should have power to the fan. Do you have a BLO terminal on the circuit board?
There is Three different wiring diagrams shown.
Step back to earlier step one: verify that you have good 12 volts DC to fan. Both power and ground. Make sure grounds are all tight on ground buss.
