Atwood Furnace Doesn't Stay On
Warranty was up a couple of weeks ago on my furnace, so guess what I noticed today when I was up to do other jobs... It's an Atwood 8525-IV. The owner's manual does not have much really to help...

Symptoms are:
Blower comes on and it seem to ignite immediately. It seems to burn poorly (smells like half burned outside and the normal 'roar' sound is more like a cough mixed with a roar. It turns off quickly and consistently after about 3-4 seconds. It tries this 3 times, then gives up and turns itself off.
There is a maintenance LED flash code, "Ignition Lockout Fault - 3 flashes with 3-second pause"
Exact same issue I had on my furnace 3 months ago. Checked and cleaned everything but no go. Stove worked fine. Finally removed the burner and found a dirt dauber nest on the end. We are now traveling and have used the heater for 10 days with no issue.
