Nice picture. That looks like the proper burner assembly to me. Dave, can't see ANY flame in those furnaces. The flame is inside the heat exchanger. No way to adjust the fuel/air. All you need is a LONG screwdriver to get to the screws holding the burner assembly. Not you will also have to remove the gas line, not hard if you have the proper tools. Those burners will also rust out effecting the way the furnace burns the fuel.
Just to the bottom right of the solenoid you can see a corner of the plate that holds the ignitor/probe. In the PIC it's view is blocked.
I think it's a good idea to completely pull the furnace(s) "IF" you feel comfortable doing such a task. Not hard. Once you have the furnace pulled you can do a real good cleaning. I found a critters nest in one of the forward heating ducts. Also pulled out some garbage on the blowers.
