ToyTruck:
Any luck with fixing your problem?
I've been having a burner cycling problem with my Hydro Flame (Atwood) Everest Star 7920-II.
I just installed a new Ignitor Board sent out to me from the factory under warranty and as it turns out that board was bad as well. I tried an aftermarket (Dinosaur) Ignitor Board and no problems whatsoever, the furnace ran just fine.
A little backstory here. My furnace is brand new and after just under a week of use it developed this burner cycling problem. First Atwood sent out a limit switch although I didn't think that was going to solve the problem but I had to try it. Next came the Ignitor Board and that didn't either.
Well, I got fed up and pulled the unit and off I went to the local authorized service center. The first thing they said was "I'll bet it's the ignitor board" and plugged in a Dinosaur board. Sure enough that fixed the problem.
Now I have to go and do battle with Atwood about their sub-standard ignitor boards, wish me luck.

DinosaurEdit: BTW, Atwood's boards are, you guessed it, 'Made in China'. Dinosaur is made in Oregon, go figure!
