Hello all. I purchased a brand new travel trailer and my refrigerator is not working. When I hit the power button, the check, auto, gas & ac lights all stay lit solid not allowing me to choose a mode....

Service manual says that's an open thermal switch at the heat source (burner area on the back)- I have not dealt with these models, so I don't know if the switch is reset-able, or a one shot deal (or it could just be a loose wire).
