Atwood MPD 93756 water heater issues

Question

Hello, my water heater just went caput. It won't heat at all, electrical or gas. Ironically one my of duct covers to my heater came off while traveling and I had to take off the rear bench to just to get to it. After I fixed that issue we noticed the water heater wouldn't heat at all. Not 100 percent sure if the water heater was broken before or after? I know the 2 Amp fuse is still good, but I'm hoping someone one might be able to give me some sort of check list?

Make sure it's getting 12V.

So I've got a 2014 6aa 10 MPD 93756 that just quit. My instruction sheet has no trouble shooting suggestions. Been on electric and since it quit, the gas burner won't work either. Where would be the first place to look? The heating element?
