First trip out in our new to us Sunnybrook Brookside and the water heater did not work using the electric option. It was barely warm after sitting for a long time. I switch it over to LP and it work...

Thank you all for the info. I went through everything and didn't have power at the element. Thought maybe the relay was bad. Nope. Did have AC power coming into the box on the back of the tank. Problem ended up being the wire was broke right where it was stripped going into the breaker. Who would have thunk it? At least I know how to trouble shoot the system lol. I've got it running now, let's see if it gets hot in a couple hours.
