Follow the DC voltage......find where the 'resistance' is dropping the voltage
To switch---12VDC
To circuit board.....12VDC (Brown or Orange wire)
To T-stat then back to circuit board....12VDC (Brown wire)
To ECO then to Gas valve.....12VDC (Red wire)
Loose, dirty, corroded connections........high resistance....stops DC easily
NOTE:
DC Voltage to gas valve only happens for 6-8 seconds while spark electrode is firing.
Circuit board drops the DC to gas valve after that unless flame lights off and proves it lit
