Other observations.
The Magnum is power factor corrected. The Sola Basic is not but PF is 0.98. It is rated at 4000 VA which should be adequate for a 30 amp RV.
During the tests without load support there was no battery charging other than what the solar system was providing. I do still have the converter as a back up but I did not wish to have it in use.
