- valhalla360NavigatorAre you really sure, your power supply doesn't have reverse polarity? I'd check it out on a few alternatives (don't use a different plug on the same circuit).
I'm not positive but I seem to recall Franks went out of business (plus they don't come up when searching online).
They aren't wildly complicated devices so if you are good with electricity, it may well be repairable. - LynnmorExplorer

I believe that Frank has passed away. I would take the unit to a local electrical repair shop and see what they say. Best Converter once sold them, so maybe they could guide you. - vtchrisExplorer
