I routinely stay in a park that has a NO AUTOFORMER policy, Several campers use them though and Management does not say anything. Management will never see mine.. It is installed and out of sight... I do know where it hides but it i.. Well it is where it has to be to do it's job and as it happens that spot is hidden (most logical spot type of thing).
Re: "Stealing power" When I pull in and pay the fee, I'm paying for good 120 volts either 30 or 50 amps (Depending on the site) in fact I fully feel at the membership CG's I belong to (One of which is mentioned above)I'm paying for 50 amps (They did say full hookup).. .So if they can't deliver 120v.. Well. .That's what I'm paying for.> So it's the Campground doing the stealing, not me. I just found a way to stop them from cheating me.
