Given that Sola Basic works as advertised which I have documented, then it solves the issue of low voltage supply being delivered to the park.
That is what is going on at my brother's cottage. Unloaded voltage was 113 by ten am.

Here in Ontario service is provided by local utilities that in turn are fed power by Hydro 1 ... during the hot summer months especially, low voltage brownouts do happen across large sections of the province, primarily here in S Ontario where most of the population lives. Load on the system at this level is well beyond the capability of the local utility to "fix". :R
