Although the 5ver is gen prepped it doesnt have a generator at this time. Is this something to be concerned about? If so is there an easy and safe way to turn it off? There is no switch on the box, just three heavy gage wires going into/out of the box. I am hooked to shore power and have been running a/c daily while here in Orlando, FL. Thanks.
Mine hums too. The switch has a solenoid coil that holds the contacts closed, this senses the alternating current and hums. the heavier the load the louder it will hum.
