Aux output on dash not working

The aux output on the dash of our Pace Arrow (2000) is not working.
I went to charge my phone and no power. The cigarette lighter and a second aux output on the right side of the dash are not working either.
Started rig and tried the outlets and still no power.
Everything else seams to work fine.
What fuses I could find looked OK but I could be overlooking some.
Any ideals where I might start looking?

By the way with the modern plastic "Blade" type fuses. I prefer a test lamp to a volt meter.. You touch one end of the lamp, if it lites the lamp you touch to other end (There is a small squarish opening in the "Top" of the fuse where you can touch the lead) if it also gets light fuse good

    Dark/Dark = no test

    Light/Dark or Dark/Light = Bad Fuse.
  • Thanks to all.
Will be working on it this weekend.
Hope can find the problem so do not have to take it in.

  • 1 two of the outlets get their power from the dc dist in my bedroom labeled
    accessory power 15 amp.
    2. the cigarette is under the hood and is labeled cigar.
    3. I had a plug go bad and I plugged into all 3 and blew all the fuses once
Had to call fleetwood to find it
PS. when I called fleetwood they said call ford when I called ford the said call fleetwood, called fleetwood back got a different person and the knew where the fuse was.
  • The plug on your device that goes into the aux outlet has a fuse inside it. That may be your problem.

You can't tell about a fuse by "looking" at it. Test with a VOM for continuity or replace with a known good fuse.
  • The model is a 37S.
It is on a Ford chassis with a V10. I will check it when I get home.
    William....
  • Use a voltmeter to check for a fuse with no power on the load side?
Most vehicle manuals list fuses and what they supply.
  • It would help to know what chassis and model. Looking at the photo, it appears to be a Workhorse. If so, there are two fuse boxes under the hood.
