Awning Cleaning Solution

Question

In the past I found a recipe on here for a awning cleaning solution. I have searched but cannot find it. Does someone know it? You mix it up, bleach, detergent and hot water and spray it on the awning then roll up for a while. I don't remember the amount of each ingredient.

I use Miracle Mist RV cleaner. Spray it on, let it sit a couple minutes, then hose it off.

Detergent with a small amount of bleach added to it works fine.

Beach might weaken the fabric.  i use a mixture of Dawn and Murphy Soap.  Or you can use just one.

I just spray the fabric with one of those kitchen/bathroom cleaners that has some bleach in it ... roll the fabric up for 1/2 hr and then rinse off.  Been doing that for almost 30 yrs.   Just make sure you use old nasty shirt because any water droplets will likely bleach your shirt.
