Awning options?

Hi everybodyOk so I'm new to all this and I'm working on my first DIY conversion van.Now I'm looking at awnings...I'll be adding a 6" High x 12'-3" Long roof rack on top and I want to bolt an 11' wide black awning on the side, I also don't want the legs to sit on the ground, I want them to be mounted on the side of my van.After looking around on the web, I think these are my options.-Fiamma F45-Carefree Freedom-Dometic HorizonI'm having a hard time finding out who sells Fiamma in Canada or in the US, and the prices?If you have any comments or other options don't hesitate, of course I'm also looking for the best deal out there $$$

Well, if you're set on a mounted awning, it appears you'll likely have to mount it on the driver's side... otherwise a bag awning would be a good alternative. I bought my 3 (two 11', one 7') off ebay, from an RV surplus in Wisconsin, I believe. Then I modified the poles for easier set-up.

I had both Dometic and CareFree. CareFree was the best IMO. More solid, less flopping in a breeze.

Evy I see your from Montreal.If you find somewhere cheaper in the US (including exchange rate) many companies offer free shipping but not to Canada and if the savings are substantial shoot me a PM me I'll tell you how to legally to get it.
