A picture is worth a thousand words:)
Take pictures of the end that is missing the part....as well as the part on the opposite end, so you can explain to a parts guy.
I'd go down to a local RV parts shop.....talk to the guy about what the part is called, and get a price. You can always go look for it on-line, but if you possible, buy local (if their prices are at least close...figuring taxes vs. S&H)
The mfgr's website may have all the information you need. Many will have access to PFD files of their manuals.
