Do they make something that I can spray across the top ( such as tent sealer ) that might work with my awning? I really hate to replace it as 99% of it is in really good shape, just the issue of getting a small amount of water between the plys.
Repair or replace it, then make your own awning cover like I did. As you found out, the sun kills the awning at the top when rolled up.
