Bottom bolt seems to be low in the shackle like the bolt hole has elongated due to wear. Could be the angle of view.
As a followup to this now old post - smkettner hit it right on. I bought the Moryde pucks and went to install them to find all of my hardware was worn/elongated. One order of Moryde's heavy duty bolt and shackle kit upgrade later, and everything is as it should be.
Already noticing a large improvement in stability when walking around in trailer. Seems just a little more stable/tracks truer when pulling, but that one could be my imagination.
