Axle To Axle Check
Even a long piece of heavy mono-filament fishing line works for this...
- This takes 2 people
- Straighten steering wheel (hopefully this means straight ahead travel for your rig)
- Hold a conference with your friend. You need to define the meaning of exactly where "center" is on the front and rear hubs
- Then measure exactly center to center front to rear hubs one side
- Then go around and measure that distance on the other side
- You can also do this on a multiple axle travel trailer.
