Back-powering 110V system while travelling..
I know that I can, and do, use my home generator by plugging the two outlets from the genny into house outlets that are powered by different busbars in the breaker box, (after shutting off the master)...

Disconnect the wire/cable from the chassis battery/system isolating device to the house battery(set). Then connect that cable to the input of the inverter(***). When underway connect the shore power plug/connection to the inverter output.
*** <800W,---- open the fridge CB, 1000W or more, you have enough to power the fridge. Your converter will be powered via the inverter thus the house battery(set) will be properly and safely charged.
