I guess I didn't check the black water valve was because I didn't think I needed to take a dump in a clean tank. They also replaced the gray water valve as it was leaking.
Take the face of the air conditioner on the ceiling off. You will see that there is a partition above it. Cold air comes out one side and return is on the other. With the deflector cover installed 180 degrees from correct position it forces cold out return and sucks through vents. After that the air conditioner worked fine the first day out. Next day it ran but didn't cool.
I can't blame the air conditioner not working on the dealer but all of the other issues should have been addressed before delivery.
