In my opinion thats a great idea!! Was going to do exactly what you described using the MaxxAir roof fan. I wanted to put a filter on that sucker.
Went a different route and drilled a 4" hole into my floor. Mounted a 4" blower and ran 4" pipe into my trailer. Blows fresh air that is filtered by a 4" automotive air filter.
