Bad Converter.

I believe my converter is going bad on my Parralax 7345 power center/charger. Can I get a smart charger replacement and replace only the lower unit charger and not the entire power center? If not a smart charger, can I get a replacement for just the converter and not replace the whole power center? I think there are options out there beside a whole new power center with a dumb charger but not sure where to look. Thanks for any replies.
