Bad tasting water
We usually camp where we are hooked up to city water. We use a Camco filter between the white water hose and the camper city water inlet. I have sanitized the water system in the camper several times....

In 1988 we bought a new 22' mh, a couple years latter I added a small bladder type pressure tank. This system worked very well. Also we NEVER sanitized the fresh water system, and never had a problem.
In 2002 we replaced that mh home with another new mh. Because the bladder tank had worked so well in the old mh I put one in this new mh first thing and we also sanitized it sometime after adding the bladder tank.
The water always had a slight bad taste that bothered my dw more than it did me.
Last fall before we headed for Florida the winter, I disconnected the bladder tank, you don't need it when hooked to city water. That got rid of the bad taste.
I have a new bladder tank that I need to get hooked up before we leave next week for a 2 week vacation, where we will be using the pump most of the time.
