They certainly don't appear to want to solve the violence issue in Chicago. Any jurisdiction who would put a $50 tax on guns and a $.05 tax on each cartridge, believing that it will solve thier murder problem, doesn't have the mental capacity to solve any major issue. Homie will just raise the price of crack cocaine to pay for his murderous rampage. The stats prove it. I guess "stop and frisk" isn't an option in Chicago, but continuing to allow senseless murders is fine.
Now on to the future with the hope that Illinois can solve the bloody rampage of those violent "assault hitches".
