That's a real issue today. The cars are designed by NHTSA and you can not see beyond the high point of the hood. Women have poorer depth perception. Can't see the corners at night or driveways etc either.
Probably a few have hit hitch but not perceived it being a real problem until you mentioned it.
We've all banged up our legs, if we towed several times.
Might be a market, for a hitch that retracts or folds to the side, under the bumper out of the way. Hummmmm
I am assuming you said that to get a response from females...so I asked my MALE eye doctor...he said it was a foolish and incorrect comment! There! :R
