You should go till you hit SG 1.200 however long it takes. Use a flashlight. :) You know the AH down at 7 hours, but you don't know your SOC by SG unless you have a table for your batts and not the Trojan table, which does not apply to yours. 1.200 as a marker for 50% is probably close, but what is the SG for 60%?
70% at 7 hours means you are looking good, but more time will get you a better idea. Do check a couple of cells in each battery to make sure they are all about the same.
1.225 at 7 hours compares with my 1.225 at 8 hours, so you might still hit 1.200 a bit early.(as expected with older batteries) You need to know that timing, which you can't if you quit early.
