Some tables would say that 75% is 12.45v and 1.225 SG.
You know you took 7 x 7.5 = 52.5 out, so if 52.5 is 25%, then 100% is ta da!---210AH which is pretty good for five year old batts rated at 150AH.
So all I am seeing is your SG at 3 hours was the same as mine at 5 hours and then your SG at 7 hours was the same as mine at 8 hours, so IMO you will hit 50% (1.200 being the chosen marker even if it is not quite right) at say 9 hours when I hit 1.200 at 10 hours. Actually you can see you might hit it earlier than that at maybe 8.5 hours? whatever. So believe your SG. 135AH might be a tad high, but it is reasonable, so try that and refine it as required.
