11.9 is a reasonable voltage to go with the 1.225 SG when under the 20 hour rate load, similar to what I see on my tests. However I see that at 8 hours when it will go to 10 hours to reach 50% 1.200 SG. You saw that at 7 hours, which is reasonable for say 135AH at 100%
Your bounce back to 12.41 from 11.9 in under an hour is peculiar. My bounce back from 11.9 was to 12.17 taking overnight to get there.
Your bounce back is like you have a charger on goosing the voltage back up.
You did take 52.5 out, so if that 75% is correct you have a 210AH bank, OR you have a charger on that did some of that 7.5 BUT if that were the case, you should not have seen 11.9, it would have been higher.
SO--maybe the charger only came on just as you stopped the test, so your "resting" voltage indicating 75% is bogus. In that case you can go with the test numbers and use 135AH
