Getting rated max amps to the battery would require the batts to be very low at high noon.
In real life, the batts are low in the morning when the sun is still low so you can't get much solar going then anyway. As the sun rises, battery voltage comes up so by the time the sun is strong, your battery is part way charged so you get fewer than max amps.
If you use the MW for making lunch and knock battery voltage down, you might see a few minutes of higher amps after that before voltage bounces back.
Best to get your solar set up and go see what it does for a while to get the idea. Solar is very good to have, but it is not the be all and end all.
