Have you ever disassembled one of these half pound, all plastic pieces of chrome plated garbage? Probably not, since many of them are just glued together and unrepairable. They are simply not worth plaguing yourself with. They can't cost the trailer manufacturer more than five bucks a piece, and every time they break, the parts are way more than the POS is worth. A decent, sale priced faucet from any big box store is a far better way to handle this issue.
Yes I have replaced both the bathroom and kitchen faucet "O" rings on the upper stem which prevents leakage coming from under the handle. The flat washers on the base get changed too to prevent leakage.
