I took it all apart a few years ago and replaced the O rings. I think it improved for a year or so. I do remember it was quite complicated and tricky to put back together. I hope you will find a better fix and post it here!

I replaced our RV kitchen and vanity faucets with "Phoenix" brand from Amazon. Yes, they're cheap Phoenix and sometimes they squeak. But, they fit RV and installed with no fuss. Orignals were washer type. These are "washerless" which is probably the squeak.
