I agree that a lot more info is needed. I believe that most engine/chassis batteries do not charge when you are connected to shore power. I know that on mine only the coach batteries charge when on shore power.
If I were to drain the chassis battery then I have the switch on the dash to tie the chassis and the coach together to start the engine.
Some will put a small trickle charger or solar charger on their chassis battery. JMO
