Does your rig have a switch in the house labelled main or chassis?
If it does do you put it in the Off position when not in use? If you do and the battery still goes dead then I would disconnect the battery and charge it on a good battery charger. I would then remove the charger and let the battery sit for an hour then take a voltage reading you should get 12.6 volts. Wait 24 hours and repeat a voltage drop to 12.5 or below probably means a battery that will not hold a charge. If the reading stays a at 12.6 volts then look for some sort of parasitic drain on the system.
You did not say how long you were on shore power and if it was a long time the battery could have drained while hooked up to shore power. Your rig may not charge the chassis battery

By the way the lower the initial reading after charging the worse the battery condition. A reading of 12.4 volts means your battery is less than 75% of new 12.0 volts and your battery is 0%.
