Made or Assembled in the USA means the final assembly is done in the US. and if it is electronics it is almost guaranteed the assembly will be from imported parts.
The reason for this is many of the parts used in your computers, radios televisions and yes converters and inverters, and in fact all electronic devices (your RV Fridge is an electronic device) are no longer made in the USA.
This.. Worries me.. because if we ever go to war with the countries where they ARE made... spares, for our military electronics, are going to be a black market item.
