I have two 6V batteries and a WFCO 9855 55 Amp Converter-Charger. The Converter-Charger was bought on 2/3/2011. My converter-charger is kicking in and out causing the lights to dim and the heater to kick off. The batteries load tested good with an Actron Battery 100 amp load tester bought from NAPA. Do ya'll think this could be a bad converter-charger already? Tomorrow when its daylight again I am going to check all connections and look for any breakers in the DC line. Any and all thoughts are welcome.
Thanks

Oh please get a proper temperature conpensating charger for the LA climate. The charger(s) that have been recommended will dry out your batteries because they use EXCESSIVE Volts for your location. A proper charger will monitor the actual battery temperature and use the correct Volts to prevent excessive bubbling during charging.
I recommend, and continue to recommend, the Multistage 55 Amp Parallax ParaMode converter charger with Temperature Compensation.
Warm(er) batteries do not have a longer life with High Voltage chargers like the Powermax Boondocker type of charger which boosts voltage.
My AGMs charge just fine when they are 110F with Volts in the low 13s.
Many posters are from the Pacific NorthWest where temps soar up to 90F for a few minutes daily after July 4th. That is not going to result in a warm battery like you will experience in LA. They need those 14.6V, you do not.
