We will draw our 2 - 6volt batteries down to about 50% after 4 or 5 days of camping, and they seen to get fully charged while driving 6 hours. If I was traveling across country, I would use these numbers, and include a few full hookup weekends to replenish all the systems.
I would like to know how you can recharge a pair of 6s from 50% in 6 hours driving around, presumably using the 7-pin.
Say you get an average of 6 amps over that 6 hrs, that is 36AH restored. 220AH/2 =110 back to full, and 22AH is 10%.
Let's pretend you get 44AH instead of that 36 (not likely, but this is math :) ) That is 20% so you are now back to 70% SOC in that 6 hours. (pretending--more like 65% really if that)
Or else you are doing it by some other means instead of the 7-pin.
