I'm surprised you can;t find somebody in Socal willing to take your money, after all it something that they can just do absolutely nothing with.

and then you can find the batteries still underperforming.
Since it is likely you are wanting this performed now since they are noticeably underperforming, it is also likely you have been undercharging them through their life too. An EQ cycle is not a magical restorer but should help, at least for a little while.
Acquiring the charger and skills to perform proper battery maintenance will likely save you money in the long run, at least with the next set of batteries if these do not respond favorably to 15.5+ volts for a few hours.
