I don't know anything about your trailer but given your symptoms as I understand you wrote them
- Low Battery
- Fuse Blows when converter powered up
- 20 amp fuse
It is entirely possible (and likely) your converter is supplying and the battery is trying to accept more than 20 amps current flow causing the fuse to blow. 20 amps sounds awful low for a battery fuse. My FW has an auto reset 100 amp breaker (instead of a fuse). I don't think I have ever seen or heard of less than a 50 amp battery fuse but like I said don't know anything about your TT.
