You don't need to properly test at this stage. Just charge them at the higher voltage for as long as it takes--might be half a day- until the SG is in the green. (if it gets there at all)
Let' see how that goes first and then we can sweat the small stuff if they get into the green. If SG stalls in the white or just barely into the green, then we can talk about that (if we need to)
