The 27 is bigger and has more capacity than the 24, so make sure you have the room. If like you say, you always have hookups, it's not a big deal and you can use just about anything. I run two Interstate 24's BTW as we dry camp a lot and they work fine. Only reason I went with Interstate is the trailer came with one and I wanted a matched pair. As noted above, Interstate does not make batteries, just slaps their name on them. They seem to be OK. If and when I replace these, I'll probably go with Costco.
