Battery Storage for Winter
So the wife wanted her kitchen remodeled and the trade off was I got to re-wire my garage with its own sub-panel, etc. With the garage re-wire I had them put a CG style box outside and now the 5vr is plugged into 50Amp service whenever we are home. Wanted to do this so we could run ac units and everything else. Works great!
Now the question. Being in ND, I have always shut everything down, winterized and pulled the batteries to be maintained with a trickle charger in the garage. Now that I have a "full-power" hookup to the 5vr, do I need to pull the batteries or can I just leave them in to maintain the charge like normal?
