If you are planning on running two in parallel then the max draw adds. So it would be 300A continuous and 400A for 30 minutes wth two Lifeblue in parallel.. That should be more than enough for running your 2800W inverter.
And yes, battleborn is over priced. The price of LiFePO4 cells has plummeted in the last year, yet BB prices have not.
