I can't find it now, but ISTR the BMS high limit cut-off was higher than the proper charging cell voltage? Not a clue about adjustable BMS limits. When to stop charging is a different question from how to know you are at 100% SOC.
The one thing that seems to make sense is to stop the charge when you are down to 4-5% amps. Or stop earlier when you finish the Bulk stage just when amps start to taper. That way you won't overcharge. But you will not be fully charged. (But with Li you won't get sulphated from undercharging)--but they do want you to fully charge at other times.
No clarity on how to tell you are at 100% for those times you want to get to full and not go over.
No clue how far along in SOC you would be when amps start to taper then you keep charging for another 20-30 minutes as they say to do. You could go over if the capacity is not as much as thought.
